This Privacy Policy explains how John Gordon Hilley ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our apps and websites. We build our apps to be private by default.

• Data you enter — content you create in an app (such as workouts or profile details) is, wherever possible, stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account, not on our servers.
• Purchase information — when you buy a subscription or one-time purchase, our payment processors (Apple, Stripe) handle your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Diagnostics — we may receive anonymized crash and performance data to improve the apps.

How we use information

We use information only to operate, support, and improve the apps; to process purchases; and to respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers including Apple (App Store, iCloud) and Stripe (payment processing). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention and your rights

You can delete the data stored on your device by deleting the app or clearing its data. To request access to or deletion of any information we hold about you, email jghilleytexas@gmail.com.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
